transformation services.Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic
and experienced Global HR Manager to oversee human resources
operations in the Americas region. The ideal candidate will have
extensive HR management experience, a deep understanding of labor
laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions in the Americas,
and a proven track record of implementing HR strategies that drive
business success.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned
with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to
foster a culture of belonging and respect across the Americas
region.
- Implement change management strategies to support
organizational transformation and growth.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and
regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements
and best practices.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Lead recruitment efforts for key positions in the Americas
region, working closely with hiring managers to identify talent
needs and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and
position Beyondsoft as an employer of choice in the Americas
region.
- Implement talent management strategies, including succession
planning, career pathing, and leadership development programs.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems and
processes to drive high performance and accountability across the
organization.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance
feedback, goal setting, and career development for their
teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and calibration sessions to
ensure fairness and consistency in performance evaluations.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Collaborate with global HR team to design and administer
competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and
retain top talent.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure the
competitiveness and effectiveness of compensation and benefits
offerings.
- Develop total rewards strategies that align with organizational
objectives and employee preferences.
- HR Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations in the Americas region,
including employee data management, payroll processing, and HRIS
administration.
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes and systems to
enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement technology solutions to streamline HR operations and
enhance the employee experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on
HR-related issues, providing guidance and support to resolve
conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and
retention, including feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and
career development initiatives.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in
a leadership role overseeing HR operations in the Americas
region.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations across multiple
jurisdictions in the Americas.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that
drive business results and support organizational growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation
skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex HR issues
and develop innovative solutions.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.Additional
Information:
- This position may require occasional travel within the Americas
region.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones within the
Americas region may be necessary.
