Do you take Ownership of your position? Are you communicative, have the ability to take direction over the phone or in person, don't mind someone asking you questions three times? We are looking for someone who is comfortable and confident! Someone with a take charge - I'll get it done - attitude. Someone who can handle a bit of micromanaging from afar. Your success will depend on years of experience, skill level with QuickBooks and Excel. Attention to detail is huge in this role - you will be responsible for licenses (three states), managing radio and print advertising expenses, month end and quarterly taxes, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger etc.

VERY IMPORTANT POINTS to remember in applying:

-Advanced QuickBooks

-Excel (intermediate)

-15-20 year Bookkeeping experience strongly preferred

-Month end reporting

-Quarterly taxes

-Enter payroll into QB

-Manage multiple checking accounts

-Manage advertising (responsible for running schedules and checking against billing from radio stations and print)

-Manage email as lease renewals and expirations come through.
