In this role, you become a fully integrated member within a project team in your first month of employment. • Own a client deliverable from end to end with minimal supervision
• Apply logic and Spur methodologies to provide recommendations to clients
• Manage process, workstreams or programs end to end
• Present project findings, conclusions and recommendations to peers and clients
• Advise clients on execution focused strategies and approaches
• Develop final drafts of communications for executive presentations
• Prepare drafts of high quality, error free deliverables
• Participate in client interviews and related fact-finding initiatives
• Present in client meetings to review analytical approaches and interpret results
• Work independently or closely with client and team members to accomplish tasks ahead

        • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or economics OR equivalent experience
        • 4-6 years of professional experience required (consulting experience a plus)
        • Preference for client-facing professional services experience
        • Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite of productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
        • PowerBI, Tableau, HubSpot, QuickBase, SharePoint, OneNote experience is a plus
        • Good business acumen and awareness of business trends
        • Strong interpersonal and team working skills
        • Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn from mentors and peers
        • Ability to travel (sometimes on short notice) What We Offer
