Career Growth for Experienced Accountant Hauser Jones & Sas is looking for a career minded full-charge accountant and/or controller to join our fast-growing Client Accounting Services team. Our team consists of motivated, hands-on self-starters with an average of 5 years recent accounting experience who can handle all aspects of GL transaction posting, payment processing, invoicing, and financial reporting for our loyal clients. We are looking for Full-time or Part-Time people who are versed in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting, comfortable with multi-tasking, to achieve a high level of client service through teamwork. Attention to detail and the ability to identify tasks and client needs are critical. Job Description: Full charge bookkeeping and accounting, transaction processing and financial reporting. Interact with clients on a professional basis. A focus on QuickBooks with ability to learn and work within various accounting systems. Ability to handle a company---s full-cycle accounting needs. Prepare state and federal payroll and income returns. Understand chart of account structure and design. Identify and fix errors within Financial Statements and Reports. Critical thinker, perform self-review for accuracy. Work on a project or whole-client basis. Provide recommendations to improve processes and procedures. Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor---s Degree in Accounting required. Minimum 5 years of accounting, full-charge or equivalent. Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities. Must know QuickBooks Desktop, QBO, Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook. Professional verbal and written communication skills, and excellent phone presence. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Able to be flexible with rotating priorities and multiple due dates. Experience with ProFX Tax, Checkpoint and CCH Axcess a plus.
