Position InformationJob Title: Accounting AssociateSalary: $70,000/yearHours: 7am-4pm(Additional hours and weekend days may be needed based on the business needs of the company).Location: Bellevue, WA Who You Are

  • 2-3 years of accounting experience What You'll Do
    • Monitor all incoming documents for Accounting Department as required; filing, typing and assist management with correspondence.
    • Receive and prepare vendor invoices to be dispersed
    • Research and resolve Accounts Payable queries by reviewing Vendor file, Contract or Purchase Order. Communicate any questions or issues to Manager for resolution.
    • Input invoices into Sage accounting system.
    • Update and maintain Project Draw files, Scan and file documents.
    • Reconcile Vendor Statements monthly to determine vendor account status, identify missing documents and request same.
    • Prepare and/or collect monthly required forms from subcontractors: Conditional Lien Releases, Unconditional Lien Releases.
    • Scanning, sorting and filing of accounting department documentation
    • Assist with mailing of checks and other mailing projects
    • Assist with bank deposit task
    • Assist with creating and maintaining Equity Books
    • Perform clerical activities to support Accounting Department with daily tasks and special projects as assigned by the manager.What You'll Enjoy
