We are growing Accounting and Tax Firm located in Bellevue and are in need of a Full-Time Staff Accountant that has at least 5 years experience working with small business clients with the following experience: Must have: - Advanced QuickBooks knowledge (including Enterprise)- Able to do Bank Reconciliations and other Reconciliations with minimal supervision- download and import into QB experience- Great Customer Service Skills- Must have great phone skills as answering and returning phone calls will be part of the job requirements- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills. Ability to multi-task and deal with distractions without losing a beat- Other Duties as assigned.Desired Skills in addition to above: - Lacerte Tax Software would be assetThe ideal candidate should be able to take a client's books from cradle to grave in a very efficient time frame. We are a value based priced Firm so being an accurate, effective and efficient Staff Accountant is critical. This is a Full-Time position.
