Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.2. Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.3. Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets.4. Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization.5. Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.6. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.7. Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process.8. Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.9. Oversee the management of all leases, contracts and other financial commitments.10. Monitor banking activities and ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.11. Oversee the production of monthly reports, financial statements and cash flow projections for use by executive management.12. Manage and track the performance of invested assets in keeping with policies and investment guidelines.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.2. Accounting Experience in the Real Estate industry.Interested in hearing more?
