Requisition SummaryThe Capital Budget Administrator reports directly to the Director of Manufacturing and Capital Budget. In this role, you will lead the corporate-wide administration of all aspects of the capital budgeting process and perform special projects as required in support of executive management.Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Reviews, analyzes, and providessummary consolidation of:
  • Preliminary capital budget (June - August)
  • Final capital budget (October - December)
  • All discretionary and CEO capital budget requests
  • Capital budget coordination for "Corporate" entity
  • Provides training in the capital budget system for corporate employees.
  • Coordinates the capital budget submittal and reporting "Corporate" entity.
  • Controland approval of approved capital requests for rolling stock, tooling, and corporate-controlled accounts for all divisions.
  • Manages the daily processing of the capital budget system and updates the capital budget and compliance systems.
  • Special projects and production system support as needed.Qualifications & Skills
    • Knowledge of engineering, finance and operations including working knowledge and / or graduate-level instruction of industrial and manufacturing engineering, information systems and capital budgeting.
    • Interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of management.
    • Project management and computer skills, including programming.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to speak English fluently.
