team role We are seeking a Finance & Strategy Manager to focus on
headcount, compensation, and benefits (C&B) forecasting across
the entire organization. We are seeking a highly skilled
professional with strong expertise in financial modeling, strategic
planning, and budgeting/forecasting, along with a proven ability to
partner cross-functionally, influence business leaders, and support
decision-making in fast-paced, dynamic environments. The role is

in-office philosophy and expectations. What you’ll do Partner with
Total Rewards, Workforce Planning, Recruiting, Accounting, Payroll,
and Stock Administration teams to support headcount, compensation,
and benefits planning—including monthly reviews, forecasting,
annual budgeting, and long-range planning. Prepare and maintain
headcount and C&B forecasts, and collaborate with stakeholders
to track performance against budget, identify variances, and ideate
actionable next steps Build and maintain scalable financial models
that support budgeting, scenario planning, and variance analysis
Analyze trends in headcount growth, attrition, hiring velocity, and
total rewards costs to identify risks, opportunities, and
efficiency gains Synthesize and distill key insights for leadership
- analyze results, identify key metrics, assess risk and
communicate risks & opportunities Support ad-hoc analyses and
business case modeling with a focus on maintaining high data
fidelity to inform key decisions Develop dashboards/reports to
provide visibility into workforce trends, C&B spend, and key
performance indicators Collaborate with HR systems and data teams
to ensure consistency and accuracy of headcount and compensation
data across tools and processes Contribute to the annual planning
cycle by helping define planning assumptions, coordinating inputs
from key stakeholders, and aligning timelines and deliverables Be a
thought leader to improve and simplify processes, drive
standardization, and build scalable solutions to support the next
wave of Robinhood’s growth What you bring B.A. in Economics,
Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field 7 years
professional work experience in finance with progressively
increasing levels of responsibility and including 3 year(s)
supporting senior leaders Strong project management skills and
ability to work independently and operate in a fast-paced dynamic
environment Excellent analytical financial modeling, forecasting
skills, and the business judgment to balance the details while not
losing sight of the big picture Ability to influence decisions
through effective verbal and written comms, logical reasoning, and
the presentation of alternatives High proficiency in Excel and
Google Suite, and interest in developing advanced querying /
modeling skills (SQL, Looker) Proven ability to manage multiple
competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to
completion A positive attitude! You have a desire to work hard, be
creative, stay curious, and maintain a can-do approach Familiarity
with analytical tools (SQL, Looker) and financial reporting
softwares (such as Oracle or Anaplan) Experience with HC
planning/management and compensation and benefits forecasting
Strong interest in FinTech and knowledge of the industry MBA or an
advanced degree in business, management or finance preferred What

applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which
may include education, training, experience, location, business
needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role
is based on the location where the work will be performed and is
aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible
to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity
plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed
with your recruiter during the interview process. Zone 1 (Menlo
Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC) $136,000 -
$160,000 USD Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)
$120,000 - $141,000 USD Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL;
Gainesville, FL) $106,000 - $125,000 USD
