comprehensive financial planning. About the Role Freestone is
looking for a Manag ing Director of Client Service . This person is
responsible for overseeing the Client Service Associates (CSAs)
serving our clients. This leader will cultivate relationships
across the organization and is responsible f or helping to shape
the client service model and business management by defining clear
roles and responsibilities for our client service team and by
overseeing daily operations related to the team’s management. The
ideal candidate is comfortable leading people and setting direction
for the team, modeling best-in-class client service practices, and
rolling up their sleeves to drive outcomes across the organization.
This person partners closely with the Head of Client Advisory to
lead the development, implementation , and management of all
elements of the firm’s client experience . The right candidate is
intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into
increased responsibility and leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Nurture and grow the Freestone culture , and embody our core values
of Commitment, Collaboration and Continuous improvement . Coach ,
develop , mentor , and promote the firm’s outstanding group of
Client Service Associates . Anticipate, facilitate , and advance
client service initiatives . D eliver on the needs of a fast-paced
business across a wide range of projects . Collaborate with
internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes . Partner in
identifying , recruiting, and hiring Client Service Associates to
support the growth of the firm . Ability to travel to and work from
the San Francisco on a regular basis (ex. monthly). Qualifications
and Skills 8 years of outstanding professional experience , with at
least 3 years of experience leading Client Service teams . RIA and
wealth management experience is strongly preferred, although we are
open to strong people leaders from diverse backgrounds who are
willing to obtain Series 65 industry licensing . Strong financial
and business acumen . Detail oriented . Exceptional writing,
interpersonal, and client service skills . Strong time management
skills . Team player with the ability to collaborate with others .

$150,000-200,000, depending on experience, credentials, background,
and skill set. This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus
based on individual, team, and company performance. Comprehensive
