This position is a split between HR and Office Management. A brief
outline of essential duties is below.
Recruiting and management of new hires
Management and tracking of all incoming applications from all
Coordination and oversight of new hire orientation and
?on-boarding? process to include
- Background Checks
- Reference Checks
- Offer Letters
- Training of new employees on company ERP system.
Management of internal resume summaries and posting to company web
Oversight and management of health plan benefits to include
- Coordination of annual review with insurance brokers
- Administration of employee(s) health plan details with
- Processing of other benefit programs
Coordinate annual review process for all employees
Consistent review of employee compensation to assure that employees
are properly compensated, are competitive and aligned with industry
Manage and maintain all personnel files
Management of Reception and Front Desk
Management of building issues with landlord and janitorial
Ordering of office supplies, vendor management and maintenance of
Daily, weekly, and ongoing oversight of the WP and Editing staff of
3 to 4
Coordinate our annual giving and company sponsored charitable
events and contributions
Become fully versed in our ERP System (Deltek), relative to
We are ideally looking for someone with 10 + as an HR Professional
and with Bachelor?s degree in a related field.
