Customer Excellence Transformation Manager, Transformation Office (Remote Eligible) As a Customer Excellence Transformation Manager in the Transformation Office, you will be a critical link between executive vision and the delivery of future state work in the Customer Excellence organization. You will be a member of a centralized delivery team that brings strategy to life and works with various stakeholders to drive end-to-end initiatives around people, process, and technology leveraging effective program, project, and change management. This role will partner with cross-functional teams and drive alignment across all levels of leadership. The Customer Excellence teams include Customer Success, Customer Support, Customer Outcomes Journey, and Professional Services. You will report to our Sr. Manager, Customer Excellence Transformation Office.-- You Will:

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and executive sponsors to develop and manage program and project charters, project plans, resource plans, communications plans, and RAID logs across the core CE transformation portfolio
  • Implement project management processes and best practices to create awareness and establish robust communication channels and effective project governance
  • Run cross-functional workshops with team leaders to develop new processes, programs, and partnerships
  • Proactively assist business partners in facilitating process design and improvement activities
  • Be an advocate for change and leverage your skills to close organizational gaps and promote strategy
  • Provide coaching, direction, and council to initiative team members to achieve intended outcomes
  • Document and track program and project RAG/health against defined milestones and escalate blockers to working group and steering committees as they arise
  • Identify, track, and report KPIs to measure performance and success You Have:
    • 4+ years of experience managing large-scale projects or initiatives
    • 3+ years of experience creating and/or executing organizational change initiatives
    • Experience and knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (Waterfall & Agile)
    • Ability to lead and mentor team members
    • Experience communicating and presenting to a variety of audiences from project team members to executive stakeholders
    • Experience analyzing complex problems, developing recommended solutions, and managing risk
    • Ability to manage and facilitate meetings
    • Ability to influence and/or drive consensus among cross-functional teams
    • Motivated by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
