Performs dedicated administrative support for Care Planning and Strategy . Performs administrative support in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. May make contacts of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature.
Must be highly organized, have good interpersonal skills, excellent writing and editing skills. Requires an aptitude for positive customer (internal and external) interactions, change and innovation, critical thinking, and relationship building. Must be results-oriented and demonstrate good judgment.
What youll do in your role.
Manages Directors schedule, arranging appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, etc.

Develop agendas, organize attachments, keep notes and action items for regularly scheduled meetings.

Will assist with compiling and developing annual budget.

Help with coordination of Care events and activities (townhalls, picnics, VP & Director meetings, summits, etc.).

Will serve as backup support to Sr Executive Assistant.

Using an array of business software applications, prepare presentations, reports and organizational charts.

Prioritize, plan and organize projects simultaneously.

Maintain full understanding and knowledge of office practices and act as a resource for the business units policies and procedures. May file help desk tickets to update/correct permissions.

Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

The experience youll bring.
5+ years of experience providing administrative support.

Able to work flexible hours as needed for team and events.

Advanced knowledge and skills of administrative work and processes.

Highly organized, good interpersonal skills, excellent writing and editing skills.

Experienced level skills in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of software applications such as SharePoint, Workday, Kronos and Concur a plus but not required.

High School Diploma/GED

T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work.
