Job DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant is expected to deliver exceptional customer service at our client location. Responsibilities include mail distribution, delivery, courier services, and inventory management.Bilingual Korean Speaking is a plus but not required.SAMPLE INVENTORY COORDINATOR:

• Sample Coordinator responsible for processing Samples.
• Samples are defined as phones, tablets, computers, laptops, and other electronic devices.
• The Coordinator will track incoming packages by serial number, and ensure they are received and delivered.
• The samples will be tracked in a spreadsheet for when they arrive, who they were delivered to, and how long they are with the employees.
• The Coordinator will be responsible for collecting the samples, tracking the return on the Sample Spreadsheet, and returning the devices to their destination.
• The role is a very heavy Inventory Management role.
• There will be days the employee has to stay a few hrs OT to complete the sample distribution.
• There will be days the employee will have to come on the weekend to receive important samples and complete the inventory spreadsheet.
• There is 100% accountability for these samples.****THIS IS A FULL-TIME PERMANENT ROLE*****
