Job Description:
Salesforce.com, Inc. seeks Sr. Director Product Management -
Marketing Cloud in Bellevue, WA:
Job Duties: Define requirements for data analytics. Define
integrations for various products within the Salesforce Marketing
Cloud and the Salesforce core platform in order for Salesforce CDP
to become the single source of truth for the Salesforce Marketing
Cloud. Collaborate across multiple teams internally to deliver
technical services to a high number of internal stakeholders with
conflicting needs. Ensure alignment, consistent design principles,
and adoption from other teams for Salesforce Marketing Cloud
products and services. Balance product vision with partner and
customer feedback, prioritizing across a diverse set of inputs and
constituents. Engage with our partner and customer communities to
drive customer enthusiasm and product adoption. Work closely with
key customers to envision, plan, and execute along with assigned
architecture and consulting resources.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree
equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a
related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience
in the field of software engineering/program analysis or three (3)
years of experience in the job offered OR Bachelor's degree (or its
foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any
field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of
progressively responsible experience in the field of software
engineering/program analysis or five (5) years of experience in the
job offered.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) JavaScript (4 years); (2) Oracle (4
years); (3) Azure (4 years); (4) Python (4 years); (5) Maven (4
years); (6) Data Structures (4 years); (7) PostgreSQL (4 years);
(8) Git (4 years); (9) MySQL (4 years); (10) Spark (4 years); (11)
Hive (4 years); (12) Kafka. Any suitable combination of education,
training and/or experience is acceptable. Education, experience and
criminal background checks will be conducted.
