This is a full-time position. What We Do: Our Integrated Marketing and Demand Generation team builds multi-channel marketing campaigns (webinars, email, paid social etc.) that deliver qualified leads for our sales team. We are constantly engaging best practices in effort to make data-driven decisions, designed to optimize our campaigns to increase conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel. What You Do: The Customer Marketing Manager is tasked with crafting hyper-targeted and highly engaging content for Acumaticas existing customers, and planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to improve customer adoption and retention. This position requires a savvy marketer who can put themselves in the customer's shoes to drive considerable engagement and find new, innovative ways of engaging with customers. Content topics will range from Manufacturing & Distribution to Retail, Construction and Field Services industries inclusive of thought leadership to Acumatica product messaging. Responsibilities include: --- Plan and execute multi-channel retention and upsell integrated campaigns for Acumaticas existing customers--- Build vertical customer retention campaigns for Acumaticas key industries--- Constantly monitor ERP market and react accordingly with targeted customer campaigns--- Own Acumaticas customer database: plan and manage customer email campaign calendar, build and update email distribution lists.--- Plan and execute customer nurture campaigns using HubSpot--- Manage Acumaticas webinars: from planning new topics to building the content and coordinating with speakers Experience: --- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience developing and executing integrated customer marketing campaigns; preferably within a SaaS environment--- Success creating and deploying customer marketing campaigns across email, paid social and partner outreach, including but not limited to retention, upsell and advocacy campaigns--- 1+ years of email marketing and marketing automation experience (experience with HubSpot is a strong plus) and willing to develop in this field--- +1 years experience managing webinars (including content creation and execution)--- Strong history of effective collaboration with various marketing and sales teams Hard Skills: --- Integrated campaign planning and execution--- Customer marketing--- Superior content creation skills--- Editorial calendar development and management--- Email marketing and marketing automation--- Experience with CRM tools (building reports, dashboards) Soft skills --- Go-getter: highly energetic and able to have work done quickly--- Positive attitude--- Strong communication skills--- Team player Equal Opportunity Employer: Acumatica provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
