Job Description:

Reporting Analyst III -needed for -contract -opportunity with Yoh's client in -Bellevue, -WA.



Responsibilities:

--- Design reporting solutions including dashboard PowerBI Development; Analyze and interpret data

--- Build and maintain data pipelines & ETLs as appropriate

--- Perform ad-hoc analysis using SQL, and ETL skills along with report building as the business dictates.

--- Use problem solving skills to analyze large and complex business problems by preparing and building greater insights through the collection and analysis of data trends

--- Leverage tools, such as SQL, Tableau, and other data related tools to drive analytics and front-end report development

--- Define, build, and track key performance metrics to measure success and iterate on opportunities for optimization



Qualifications:

--- 4+ years of experience working in a business intelligence, data management, data engineer, analytics, or related role

--- BA/BS in a field that emphasizes analyzing, displaying, or reporting on data (e.g., computer science, math, engineering, economics, statistics, psychology), or equivalent work experience

--- Experience with data analytics, data modeling, data management, and data reporting and visualization (Tableau, PowerBI or similar tools)

--- Fluent in SQL or Python

--- Proven track record of leveraging data and analytics to drive business value

--- Advanced Excel skills (Pivots, dimensional modeling, linking to external data sources)

--- Combination of deep technical skills and business savvy to interface with all levels and disciplines within our organization

--- Flexible and proactive approach to work, being experienced to juggle multiple priorities under pressure

--- Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries

--- Experience working independently and as a contributor to a cross-functional team

--- Experience working in a global team or in 24x7 service operations.

--- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Ability to convince other strong personalities of their ideas and work with partners in problem solving.

--- Attention to detail with self-discipline and a drive for results.

--- Extensive problem-solving skills, self-confidence, and strong leadership qualities
