mission.The Device Partner Sales organization is seeking to hire a
Senior Marketing Director who will manage the **Marketing
partnership strategy and engagement for a large multi-national
device partner for Microsoft.** This is a high-impact role where
you will develop and drive high ROI and transformational marketing
campaigns supporting strategic product, services, and sales
goals.Opportunities in DPS are expansive because we span the entire

planning to the design-in, sell-in, and sell-through motions that
help our partners engage consumers, students, and businesses

DPS.**Responsibilities****Strategic Planning:**+ Represent
Microsoft as the strategic marketing lead across all levels of the
Partner organizations, articulate and land Microsoft's short- and
long-term marketing strategies, investments, and programs,
negotiating maximum value for Microsoft while striving for high
Customer/Partner satisfaction.+ Develop a deep understanding of the
WW and regional competitive landscape.+ Oversee the design and
implementation of our Partner marketing plans at the regional and
subsidiary level in close alignment with regional channel sales
priorities.+ Lead programmatic definition of highly targeted
investments and campaigns, working closely with partner to help
execute, sharing best practices and successful
strategies.**Business Operational Excellence:**+ Deliver strong
operational excellence in managing a complex marketing investments
budget ensuring alignment between Microsoft and partner goal and
objectives as well as shared metrics accountabilities.+ Help land
and execute key experiential and transactional marketing campaigns
with our Partners to drive sales across our product portfolio as
well as enable and empower the field execution team with the right
amount of strategic guidance and coaching.**Cross Group
Collaboration:**+ Work closely with the Partner stakeholders to
manage investments and campaigns.+ Advocate for our Partners inside
of Microsoft, helping teams understand their needs, evangelizing
their products, marketing plans, initiatives, and
results.**Insights and Analysis:**+ Identify trends in partner and
competitor activity using advanced data research to anticipate
long-term needs and potential risks.+ Tackle complex marketing
challenges using rationale and decisions based on data.+ Tests
insights to validate authenticity, extensibility, and

sustainable growth.**Qualifications****Required**+ Bachelor's
Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business
Management, Communications, or related field AND 7+ years sales,
marketing, or business development experience+ OR equivalent
experience**Preferred**+ Strong marketing leadership track record
of results.+ Channel/partner ecosystem experience required, track
record of working closely with partners.+ Strategic thinking,
ability to define a vision, set goals, objectives, and work across
virtual teams and Microsoft organizations to achieve well defined
outcomes.+ Consumer and commercial channel marketing experience.+
Technical Marketing skills, Cloud marketing required.+ Digital
marketing experience with applied knowledge of data driven
analysis.+ Business development experience is strongly desired.+
Strategically focused, anticipates and develops business
opportunities and priorities for future action, while being able to
focus on achieving concrete business results through marketing
execution during the fiscal year+ Customer focused, responsive, and
action oriented, while maintaining a positive, professional image
of Microsoft.+ Operational rigor and discipline in running complex
programs in a predictable and organized manner.+ Interest and
curiosity about the Consumer electronic technology and cloud
services.+ This position requires domestic and international
