This role reports to the Manager, Product and Marketing Strategy, and together you will be responsible for product lifecycle management of hardware products in the BardyDx Portfolio, including hardware/firmware, packaging, patient/customer workflows, product messaging, and content management. This position will serve as marketing representative and work closely with cross-functional teams to explore, innovate, create new products, improve existing products, and execute go to market launches/promotions.

A successful candidate will be capable of creatively rethinking and prioritizing approaches to current product challenges while ensuring the expansion of our platform in an efficient and scalable manner. This role will require ownership of market and user analysis, technical requirements' gathering, portfolio management and go to market strategy. You are motivated by the idea of helping both clinicians and patients by creating solutions in the digital health space.

This role will be based locally and work hybrid remote and in local office at least 2 days per week.

What you'll be doing

---Supervise a portfolio of products and own the product life cycle from discovery and innovation to new product planning, new product introduction, and post-launch monitoring.

---Proactively work with key team members including engineering, sales, clinical, finance, customer experience as well as external customers to discover and understand unmet needs, requirements, business and system issues, and accurately define and prioritize their business value.

--- Work closely together with engineering to transfer market requirements into technical specifications to improve existing products and build new solutions and products that meet customer demands.

---Drive core aspects of product launches with a cross functional team; support go-to-market activities including validation testing, end user testing, creation of user manuals, release notes and orchestrate cross-functional training activities.

---Assess product, technology and customer trends to drive new product development.

---Maintain competitive market intelligence and understanding of workflows and functionality.

---Be the product expert and full upstream & downstream marketing content owner, executing and supporting product positioning, messaging, and content creation.

---Execute product launch and go-to-market plans to support existing product messaging refresh and new product launches.

---Partner with marketing communications team to develop communications materials, demand generation programs, and product support materials value propositions.

---Build strong relationships with our customers and support sales efforts when needed.

What you'll bring

---BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Engineering, and/or equivalent work experience to meet the minimum requirements for the role.

---Minimum of 2 years of product management/development, upstream marketing, or downstream marketing experience.

---Strong experience with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

---Understanding of the product development life cycle and standard methodologies, while having a history of success in defining, launching, and maintaining products.

---Shown success at driving vision and prioritization of products in a nuanced environment using analytic and quantitative capabilities.

---Experience testing and validating the value of products in the market.

---Excellent verbal and written communication.

---Experience creating product launches or product marketing materials.

---Experience supporting product launches and promotional activities.

Previous experience in the medical device, healthcare or regulated manufacturing field a plus.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $60,000 to $132,000 plus an annual incentive bonus. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
