Key Responsibilities:

Provide Application Support to the users.

Work on RestAPI using Postman application for issue resolution.

Providing Dev Support to the Customers using Microsoft Technologies.

Focused on Azure IaaS and PaaS Techn ologies.

Check the implementation and configuration in .Net C# Application.

Provide a Professional Premier Support to the users.

Create and Reproduce the issue scenario in Azure IaaS PaaS.

Adhere on the Service Level Agreements and provide a timely resolution.

Update Create Technical Documents for internal use and provide tech session to the team when required.

Focus on excellent communication to enhance user experience.

Technical Experience Requirements:

Desired candidate must have Graduated in CS ECE EEE MCA.

2-4 Years of hands on experience with .Net-C# Java Python using NuGet Packages MVC EF ADO.Net.

2-4 Years of experience using API RestAPIs in .Net Postman.

2-4 Years of experience in SQL Server using Dataset Data Adapter Stored Procs Functions.

2-4 Years of experience in Production Support and Development Support.

Good to have knowledge in Azure Cloud Computing.

Have a well versed knowledge of .Net Python Java.
