Impact:As a key member of our Bellevue, WA team and in the role of
a Junior - Intermediate Civil/Environmental Engineer, you'll
support work performing specialized technical aspects of
engineering assignments in hydrology, hydraulics, fish passage and
stream restoration, general civil, permitting, various
environmental/water support. - -You'll serve as a responsible
technical support to mid-level and senior staff, performing
engineering tasks and coordinating the use of resources to
accomplish multiple, concurrent water or environmental projects, in
close conjunction with scientists for the ecological needs of the
project. - Additional responsibilities include:
- Performing CAD design for grading, basemap evaluation, details,
and drafting.
- Periodically -coming into the office or fieldwork
requirements.
- Developing hydrologic models to evaluate watersheds, runoff,
and geomorphic patterns.
- Develop hydraulic models to evaluate flooding, scour, and
mobility of LWM and aggregate materials.
- Supporting fieldwork tasks by performing topographic surveys,
habitat evaluation, and various site assessments.
- Supporting team discussions internally or externally with
clients and co-managers.
- Developing presentations and reports documenting findings for
project leads.
- Conducting, plans, schedules, or coordinates assigned work.
Responsible for the ongoing progress of project tasks, including
the coordination of the project with internal and external
clients.
- Serving as a liaison between clients and agencies,

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering
with a focus on water resources from an ABET accredited
university.
- Registration as an Engineering in Training (EIT).
- Possess time management skills and ability to prioritize
multiple tasks.
- Passionate about the environment, high quality performer, who
works well in a team is required. We do great work and enjoy it
along the way. Preferred Qualifications
- Introductory experience with H&H, stream restoration design
and/or construction experience.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or Microstation/Inroads.
