Role: Network Engineer
Work Location Bellevue, WA
Total Experience Required
" Between 4 to 6 years experience
" CCNA

Mandatory Technical Skills

• 
  
• Excellent understanding of Fundamentals of Networking with advanced troubleshooting skills
  
• Strong routing (L3) troubleshooting skills involving Cisco environments.
  
• Strong switching (L2) troubleshooting skill involving Cisco environments.
  
• Demonstrated experience with network management tools for event, performance and configuration management.
  
• In depth knowlegde and Hand on experience on common networking protocols including: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPC, HSRP, and VRRP.
  
• Proficiency in communicating technical issues to Network Engineering team and escalating to network vendor for technical assistance.
  
• Experience with Network Debugging and Packet Analysis / Inspection / Capture including but not limited to:
  
• Experience with the following Networking vendors/technologies: Cisco (ASR9K, Cat9ks, Aruba 8325, 6300 and 7200 Wireless controller)
  
• Sound problem resolution, judgment, negotiating, and decision making skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
  
• Should be ready for occasional on call and SmartHands support
  
  
  Desirable Functional Skills
  
  
  • 
    
  • Understanding of IPv6.
    
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams
