Shipside Operations Specialist (Production Support) Company: The
Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) are looking for
Shipside Operations Specialists (Production Support) to support the
737 Northline Manufacturing team onsite in Everett, Washington. Our
team is currently hiring Associate, Experienced and Senior level
Shipside Operations Specialists. Position Responsibilities: Assist
with activities across multiple functions to coordinate resolution
of emergent issues in support of specific operations Conducts
assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable
standards and criteria Provides limited feedback on assessment
results Support the teammates in implementation of strategies and
plans Works under general supervision Basic Qualifications
(Required Skills/Experience): 1 years of experience in an
aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment 1 years of
experience working in a multi-functional team environment 1 years
of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and
PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 3
years of experience working in operations analysis or operations
research 3 years of experience in a role that required excellent
communication, collaboration, networking, and interpersonal skills
3 years of experience in a role that required strong problem
solving and analytical skills Typical Education / Experience Level
2: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced
education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related
work experience or an equivalent combination of education and
experience (e.g. Master1 years' related work experience, 7 years'
related work experience, etc.). Level 3: Education/experience
typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and
typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent
combination of education and experience (e.g. Master4 years'
related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced
education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related
work experience or an equivalent combination of education and
experience (e.g. Master8 years' related work experience, 14 years'
related work experience, etc.). Shift: Candidates may be selected
for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. Shift will be determined at the time of
offer. There may be additional shift requirements to support

Summary pay range level 2: $78.300 - $95,700 Summary pay range
level 3: $92,700 - $113,300 Summary pay range level 4: $112,500 -
