This role offers analytically-minded candidates the opportunity to be a part of one of T-Mobile---s fastest-growing divisions---T-Mobile for Business. As Reporting & Analytics Manager, you will develop and maintain a wide variety of performance reports and data visualizations for use by both field and senior management. You should be able to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to collect requirements and deliver reports and visualization to suit the need. To do so, you will need to understand, analyze, and process data from diverse systems and transform these into information and business insights. Primary tools employed for delivering the data will be Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, Salesforce, Einstein Analytics and Excel, with R, and Python also available. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Reporting & Analytics on the Insights & Analytics team. What you'll do in your role.Develop and maintain business performance reports for field and senior management useSupport data modeling and visualization for analytics, insights, and reporting, spanning multiple areas---marketing, sales, finance, operations, and productsCollaborate with team members to define data requirements and models, and System Experts to identify and model transactional data into analytical data with supporting definitionsDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with partner teams in a collaborative team environmentThe experience you'll bring.Minimum 5 years--- experience with creating end-to-end reports & dashboards.Expertise in reporting & data visualization development in Power BI and/or Einstein Analytics from multiple data sources, preferred. Significant experience with Excel, Transact-SQL, and Azure SQL Data Warehouse. Additional experience with Teradata and Oracle a plus.Experience with Salesforce, especially Dashboards, Reports and Salesforce APIs, preferred.Strong business acumen with broad exposure to multiple functional areas, especially in sales & commissioning, marketing, and billingExcellent communication skills with experience collaborating with various functional teamsTalent for multi-tasking, prioritizing objectives, and meeting deadlinesDesiredEducationBachelor---s degree or professional equivalent required
