You will use your entrepreneurial instincts to identify emerging product opportunities, and communication and leadership skills to define, refine, and drive product team experimentation and execution.As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for:Defining the product strategy, curating a funnel of potential market opportunities, crafting a roadmap and managing executionGathering, documenting and communicating business and technical requirementsInteracting with customers, partners, and external influencers to communicate, and relentlessly refine, the product visionLeading cross-functional teams including engineering, corporate development, sales and marketing to execute against the product planDo what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:Have 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree CS or equivalentUnderstand Product Management principles and experience of the product life-cycle delivery processHave experience with modern web application and concepts such as microservices, serverless and distributed computing, and why SecOps, DevOps, and DevSecOps disciplines existDemonstrate excellent communication and relationship building skills, with experience of leading cross-functional, multi-level teamsHave a good aptitude for dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty through creative problem solvingUnderstand web technologies and ability to learn new technologies quicklyWe are happy to discuss flexible working options in this role, please discuss your requirements with the recruiter when you apply.Working with usAt Akamai, we---re curious, innovative, collaborative and tenacious.
