The Sr Segment Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing all paid digital marketing activities for SMB and Micro businesses. This person is responsible for generating demand among SMB for TFB products and services by generating new leads to fuel pipellne, Growing our customer base and driving traffic to stores. What you'll do in your role.Develops and implements lead gen marketing plan for SMB and Micro businesses Prepares recommendations for annual business plans and strategies as well tactical plans. Plan, instrument and execute all paid digital marketing activities for TFB SMB and Retail within these segments with the goal to gain net new leads, store traffic and drive new business, including but not limited to Paid Social, Display, SEM etc.Own Digital LeadGen strategy and execution for all offers and solution launchesSegmentation & TargetingPaid DG Media plan creation and instrumentationConstant result analysis and putting countermeasures in place to maximize business outcomesEvaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateEvaluate and implement opportunities to evolve online tactics with the goal to optimize lead to GA conversion rates and deal size:Partner with marketing operations and business insight teams to establish, forecast and report against key success metricsContinually evaluate and iterate on campaigns, identify trends and insights to increase efficiency & effectivenessMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategies, test and tap into new and innovative paid digital channelsDevelop & guide targeting approaches & contact rules. Collaborates with agencies and vendor partnerAlso responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.The experience you'll bring.Bachelors Degree. MBA Preferred7-10 year Marketing experience.4-7 years Business to business digital marketing. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementDemonstrable experience leading and managing multi channel, multi touch paid media campaignsSolid knowledge of ad platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Microsoft Advertising, PowerBI, Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends)Strong understanding of the Demand Gen Waterfall, the Salesforce Platform, the mechanics of lead routing and corresponding best practices in a B2B environment
