Job Description:
The Sr. Pricing Manager is responsible for driving and executing
the strategic vision for T-Mobile's product and service pricing
portfolio. In collaboration with marketing teams, the Sr. Pricing
Manager develops and shapes pricing and offers focused on T-Mobile
for Business, IOT, and Wholesale lines of business and secures
approval for such initiatives from executive leadership. The
position also supports the firm's growth and profitability goals by
providing post-launch analysis, portfolio reviews and competitive
landscape evaluation. The Sr. Pricing Manager continuously assesses
opportunities and threats and proposes strategic competitive
responses for the firm.
Responsibilities
Assess, recommend, and develop pricing strategies, offers, and
promotions across business segments
Apply analytics to evaluate investments, identify trade-offs and
make sound decisions for profitable growth
Build comprehensive financial and quantitative models to evaluate
pricing opportunities and their impacts on T-Mobile's overall
portfolio value
Own the problem-solution framework, analytics, and presentation of
pricing reviews and other marketing related initiatives necessary
to inform and influence senior leadership
Cultivate productive, team-based cross functional relationships
with key pricing partners and customers including segment
marketing, product management, finance, engineering, customer care,
and consumer insights
Qualifications
10+ years Strategic Analysis including, but not limited to,
financial modeling and developing/influencing corporate
strategy
Solid business and analytical acumen founded on strong competencies
in problem framing, financial modeling, and data mining
Ability to communicate highly quantitative or analytical findings
succinctly and in formats easily understood by all levels of
management
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, and SQL
Proficient in reporting, visualization, and analytics tools
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors, MBA, or advanced degree in a Quantitative discipline,
preferably Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics,
Applied Math, Business, Finance, or Information Management
Minimum Qualifications
* At least 18 years of age.* Legally authorized to work in the
United States.* High School Diploma or GED.* Pre-employment
