The Sr. Manager, Business Analytics is responsible the Account Center of Excellence for TFB Sales. This role will support and partner with Bid Management Leadership team and Sales leadership to set and facilitate strategic initiatives, proactively anticipate sales opportunities, and recommend tactical action to improve selling motions specific to strategic and large customers. This role will also be responsible for uncovering new opportunities that materially improve the sales opportunities as well as seeking new strategies to improve the engagement of our sellers and customers. In addition, the team will be responsible for managing and publishing leader communication and information to include executive level briefings, seller recommendations, as well materials presented to all of TFB sales. This role will partner with all functions of the organization, including the TFB Sales, Marketing, Pricing and Operations. Requires competency in selling strategies, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership. What you'll do in your role.

• Lead team of 4+ Steering Managers to analyze and optimize the National Retail or National Dealer channels. Will be responsible for delegating, managing, coaching, developing, and evaluating team member's performance
• Manage acquisition and retention dollars allocated for specific retailers, dealers, or channels. Partner closely with key stakeholders and Sales organization to design, assess, adjust, and execute compensation schemes to optimize value creation
• Construct executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise and decision-impacting manner. Possess the ability to influence leadership through fact-based analysis
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of strategic frameworks, industry trends, and corporate and customer drivers in order to improve, reengineer or maintain company performance
• Monthly channel level reviews and action steering; share monthly reports for cross-regional key accounts; brief indirect executives and align on priorities, participate in review meetings/calls The experience you'll bring.
  • 2-3 years managing a team of finance or analytics professionals with responsibility for delegation, coaching, performance management, and prioritization and delivery of team produced work against tight deadlines
  • 5-7 years' experience in financial and operating analysis and reporting. Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and develop new solutions
  • Demonstrated comfort level in analyzing large sets of data, and proven experience with financial modeling and business case development. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Ability to report accurately, meets tight deadlines, work on projects independently, be self-motivated and multi-task
  • Possess strong analytical, decision making, problem solving and organizational skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Channel management, Sales Analysis or Financial Strategy experience preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED
