Job Description:
The Talent Mine is searching for an entrepreneurial Dev Manager
with a strong background in .NET / Azure applications for an
immediate FTE opportunity. Our startup client is in the CRM space,
and is looking for a "hands on" manager to help with both technical
architecture, as well as managing the development team. If you are
the kind of person that enjoys being a "player / coach" while
working directly with the CTO on a revenue generating product, read
on!This position requires you to drive development standards,
quality, and participate actively in the product's architecture.
You will have the opportunity to manage a remote engineering team
and work closely with the Product Management, Dev Ops and
leadership teams while delivering solutions to Fortune 500
clients.A day in the life will include:--- Managing the team's
daily scrum, workload and guiding them thru technical challenges---
Reporting on team performance and progress to the C-suite of the
organization--- Driving the hiring and performance review process,
as well as team culture--- Working with the Application Architect,
Product Manager and Dev Ops teams to forge the features and
functionality--- Developing highly performant, robust, quality and
scalable features following best practices--- Leading by example;
you create a sense of urgency, accountability and joy in your every
day work Qualifications include:--- 7+ years of managing teams that
developing large scale solutions using the Microsoft technology
stack (C#/Azure)--- Professional expertise with React, TypeScript,
JavaScript (and related tools such as NPM, Jest and Webpack)
HTML5/CSS3--- 3+ years working in a leadership role (team lead+)
within a B2B SaaS development team--- Working on high performance
multi-threaded applications--- ALM and continuous integration using
Azure DevOps--- CMS/CRM development experience is a great plus---
Startup expertise is highly valued, as you understand "owning" a
solution end to end--- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or
