Job Title: Accounting Manager - ConsolidationsInternal Job ID: 475877Our client, a multi-billion dollar international company with strong cash flows and profitability, is looking for a Consolidations Manager to join its team in the Financial Reporting group.Responsibilities Include* Assist with the month end consolidation process, including consolidating and analyzing data from all US and international entities; managing elimination entries and intercompany balances; and preparing supplemental schedules.* Manage the consolidation process for the forecasts by working with various locations to accurately determine and report the expected future earnings.* Support ongoing maintenance of consolidation software, develop reports and establish and revise consolidation structures.* Interact with accounting personnel at all divisions, including senior accounting management.Qualifications & Skills* BS / BA in Accounting required, MBA / MS preferred, CPA required.* Minimum 6 years relevant work experience* Big 4 public accounting experience and public company experience highly preferred* Excellent analytical and technical accounting skills* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills* Strong attention to detail* Able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
