The GovCloud Engineering and Operations teams work hand in hand with the business to ensure the highest reliability, security and compliance around all of our applications.-- Salesforce is looking to hire a Program Manager GovCloud to continually enhance our customers' experience on the world's most trusted and secure CRM platform. You will ensure the success of our Government Cloud program in both running today's business and helping to build capabilities to drive future business. You will be a part of the team responsible for designing, building, maintaining and operating Innovative Salesforce services and solutions that support the needs of our Government customers. You will be responsible for driving cross-cloud deliverables and managing partnerships with other teams across the company to ensure our customers' success. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactive customer engagement to dig into what we are hearing from our customers to find the themes and important trends that can help Salesforce improve our products and our engagement with our customers
• Evangelize GovCloud capabilities across internal stakeholders and externally with customers
• Identify the customers' product and platform requirements and work with product teams to deliver solutions
• Coordinate performance and load testing with program architects and system integrator, ensuring recommendations are implemented to optimize performance.
• Illustrate our commitment to the customer's success by communicating customer requirements, objectives and challenges internally to support ongoing development of impactful product features and functionality
• Build relationships with the customer's senior leadership and decision makers to solidify our partnership and demonstrate our commitment to the customers' success
• Work collaboratively with the account team, product management, customer support, and customer success teams to help customers achieve their business objectives
• Deliver customer communication for technical updates of operational incidents, platform degradations and outages
• Deliver business value and innovation to a customer's business by understanding our customers' key business challenges and potential for growth
• Technical knowledge to deeply understand the customers requirements and translate them into technical and functional requirements for implementation by the engineering team
• Work closely with GovCloud Engineering and Operations teams to ensure the Government Cloud platform scales as we onboard customers and supports our customers requirements for success.
• You have worked with both business and technical stakeholders and understand how to translate between the two and communicate to various levels of technical and business management. QUALIFICATIONS
  • Relevant BA/BS degree or relevant industry experience
  • 7+ years of experience in program or product management
  • Experience with performance and load testing automation
  • General knowledge of public cloud technology (AWS / GCP) **U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) who does not hold dual citizenship. You agree to complete a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position with the U.S. federal government or other clearances as deemed appropriate for the role.
