Dynamics 365 Certification is preferred --- Coordinate with core product teams on custom development, customizations and integration for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations product --- Develop appropriate technical spec, business requirements document, design, testing and deployment documentation to support the functional delivery --- Schedule work to be done across multiple engineering stakeholders and follows up to ensure completion within the project schedule --- Act as a technical escalation point within the team --- Work with leadership on process improvement and strategic initiatives Skill Needs: --- Azure, Azure DevOps, Agile Project Management --- Power BI, Power Apps, Microsoft Project is desirable --- Strong background in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Retail Server solution design and technical program management --- Technical program management skill with hands on experiences in technical spec writing, technical discussion with developers regarding the architecture, design, and overall program strategy and execution --- Ability to frame and analyze complex problems and articulate a strategy for the organization. --- Ability to collaborate, communicate, and effectively influence a broad spectrum of people in business and technical domains. --- Ability to listen to internal partner requirements, properly prioritize, and deliver a plan that satisfies the highest expectations. --- Experience working in an agile, experimentation-oriented environment.
