Then join us as we help millions discover more of what they love through Likewise.Responsibilities* Own Likewise's social media strategy and execution, including planning and executing on social media calendars as well as reporting* Manage and grow all of our channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.* For TikTok, stay up-to-date on the platform, develop a brand strategy, manage content creators, and ideally film TikTok videos* Engage with the community including responding in a timely and on-brand fashion to comments* Keep up to date on trends across all platforms* Create and iterate strategies to achieve broad social growthRequirements* 2 years of relevant experience managing social media channels* Strong verbal and written communicator and the ability to communicate the voice of the Likewise brand (copywriting experience is a plus)* Strong design aesthetic with experience creating on-brand creatives* Solid strategic thinking skills (e.g. growth forecasting, workstream prioritization, etc.)* Ability to stay culturally relevant on social media and follow and adapt to trends* Ability to shoot and edit video (comfortable on camera for TikTok) is a huge plus* Experience editing footage from movie & show trailers to create social media clips preferred* Active on personal social media such as Instagram and TikTok* Strong project management skills and the ability to stay organized and drive projects to completion among competing priorities, including the ability to manage others, such as external content creators* Customer service mindset and the ability to respond to our followers / users on social media with empathy and support* Analytics mindset including the ability to report on channel performance, and any prior experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Appsflyer is a plus* Pop culture awareness and savviness in the entertainment spaceBenefitsWe are proud to offer a competitive benefits package including stock options, health care where we pay 100% of employee premiums, 401(k) plan, flexible paid time off, and a culture that's team-based, open, casual and fun.
