We define end to end experiences and bring them to market on every device so that users can be productive and connected from anywhere. We are looking for a self-starting, experience focused Principal Program Manager who can help define and drive the future of calling and meeting experiences. In this role, you will own and drive our vision and feature set for meeting and call recording, as well as calling intelligence at every stage of the calling lifecycle. You will work with large number of partner teams to ensure that meeting and calls are not just transient events, but anchor points that drive collaboration and continued conversation. Through recording, automated action items identification, call transcriptions, sentiment analysis, and 3 rd party integrations, you can help shape the future of calling and meetings both online and in person.-- The ideal candidate for this role is comfortable dealing with the ambiguity of building new features, has a strong technical mindset to work with developers, works well with designers to create world-class user experiences, and drives complex decision-making independently in a fast-moving environment. Strong verbal written and verbal communication skills to coordinate efforts across a large group of stakeholders are also a must. Responsibilities We are looking for a strong Principal Program Manager to tackle key user scenarios including:
  • Recording lifecycle for meetings, including administrative configuration, storage, transcription, and every element of the recording lifecycle.
  • Call recording and transcription for both PSTN and VOIP calls.
  • Recording post-processing, including storage, sentiment analysis, action item identification, metadata search, and compliance.
  • Calling intelligence experiences including advanced call history, sentiment analysis, transcription, and team-based analytics for administrators
  • Monetization of advanced feature sets for calling and meeting intelligence and recording, especially targeting regulated industries where recording for compliance is a must. Qualifications Succeeding in this role will require:
