The---Client Delivery Director---works closely with our employees and our clients to develop strategic client-ready work products. They also support the Executive Leadership team in running the business. In this role, you will lead teams 3-4 managers and a team of 15-20 consultants in selling and managing consulting engagements.-- What You'll Do

• Work with clients to understand their pain points and objectives--
• Scope out project objectives and work efforts, and identify the staffing options and project approaches to meet project objectives--
• Work closely with clients and team members to drive deliverables and projects to completion--
• Manage project teams and client relationships, as well as internal employee career development--
• Coordinate tasks and actions across the team to ensure workload is balanced--
• Know when and how to pull in additional senior leadership to drive client outcomes--
• Work with Managers to build project plans, set weekly priorities, and ensure milestones are met--
• Draft executive-level communications including emails, newsletters, and executive presentations--
• Advise clients on Partner Channel focused strategies and approaches--
• Analyze information, derive data, draw conclusions, and manage actions based on conclusions--
• Present in client meetings to review analytical approaches and interpret results--
• Prepare drafts of high quality, error-free deliverables--
• Maintain project hygiene integrity across systems--
• Report out on project status to clients and firm leadership--
• Coach Managers to effectively manage engagements and grow consultants in the firm-- Who You Are---(What you'd bring to Spur)--

        • Bachelor's degree (liberal arts, business, finance, or economics is a strong plus)--
        • Minimum of 10 years of Channel Management or Partner Programs professional experience required (client-facing professional services experience a preference)--
        • 5-6 years of experience leading people--
        • Good business acumen and awareness of business,--technology--and channel trends--
        • Expertise with the Microsoft suite of productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneNote)--
        • PowerBI, Tableau, HubSpot, SharePoint, experience is a plus--
        • Strong interpersonal and team working skills--
