Bungie is searching for a Business Operations Manager to help shape the development of Destiny 2! As an experienced project manager, you will help guide and optimize the leadership team of Destiny 2 (D2LT). The D2LT functions as a small, agile team charged with both supporting the development team and shepherding the long-term vision of the game. As their "chief-of-staff", you will assist in crafting and driving internal processes, facilitating transparent communication, and enabling its strategic engine that will shape the future of Destiny 2. Ideally, you're a self-motivated and empathetic organizer of people and process that embodies a service mindset. If you are excited by continuous improvement and the opportunity to orchestrate complex projects and critical initiatives, we might have the role for you! During these uncertain times and rapidly changing environment surrounding COVID-19, all positions at Bungie are subject to onboarding and working virtually/remotely.
