The Senior Director, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) will create, develop, execute, and manage global initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion and belonging across Uipath. This role will serve as the key diversity partner to ensure that diversity remains a priority and is closely linked to the company's overall strategy. In this role, you will work with key partners within and outside of the team to execute and bring these strategies to life. We want to build upon creating an inclusive culture where each employee, customer and potential candidate feels inspired. While collaborating with Global leaders and the Talent Acquisition team, you will have the opportunity the identify the needs and nuances of each team and region and put in place initiatives to ensure we are creating and enhancing an inclusive environment. Strategic Leader: Design and lead the execution of the DIB strategy. Balancing the needs of the stakeholders and aligning with the leadership team to globally execute, considering regional diverse cultural needs. -- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives, presenting metrics and research-based interventions to executive staff, HR leadership and Functional VPs on a regular basis. -- Provide direction and leadership to our LT related to strategically integrating and operationalizing DIB into the business, front line, and data/information systems. -- Recognize and respond to regional needs by providing tailored strategies and solutions to enable appropriate cultural awareness and change. -- Develop effective engagement with leaders including facilitation, presentation, negotiations, and influencing skills. Liaison: Collaborating and learning what initiatives have been created and coordinating efforts by having common language, practices, and rituals to drive one voice on DIB. -- Identify and drive partnerships, thought leadership and community building opportunities, including Women's Circles, ERGs, etc. -- Engage in the identification of diversity best practices and benchmarks as input to designing and implementing initiatives. -- Act as the DBI subject matter expert by contributing perspective, insights, and knowledge, and taking a balanced consultative and systemic approach to enable the organization to capitalize on DBI for global success through strategic and tactical/operational execution. Change Agent: Design and deliver educational materials and trainings that appeal to a diverse audience and bring awareness to stakeholders, both internally and externally. -- Develop corporate strategy for how UiPath recruits, develops and retains diverse talent, resulting in measurable improvements in representation and hiring metrics. -- Manage employee resource groups, diversity events and education including unconscious bias and other relevant diversity training. -- Design and pilot programs to retain and develop diverse talent with ability to measure thru metrics and other methods. -- Provide leadership and coaching, when appropriate, to managers via one-to-one and group interactions. -- Develop leadership and initiative messages as part of an integrated communication strategy, including internal company-wide messages, external blogs, and media interviews. Results Driven Partner: Measure the effectiveness of DIB actions and initiatives, tailoring the execution of these to answer business needs in a customized approach, resulting in a diverse and inclusive workforce with a high level of belonging. -- Regularly measure and analyze, highlight areas of strength and opportunities, providing consultative support to identify opportunities, interventions, and initiatives for improvement. -- Build strong relationships with our LT to develop a deep understanding of the business and increase awareness and understanding of D&I as a critical business imperative and drive the key pillars of the global strategy into relevant initiatives. -- Lead executive business leaders responsible for driving change across UiPath and within their business units /geographies. -- Consistently and effectively leads project management and creative program development across a variety of mediums. What you bring: -- 10+ years of experience working specifically in Diversity & Inclusion (D&I); Program and Project Management; Human Resources. -- 5+ years of experience in a Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging leadership capacity. -- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. -- Experience building HR Programs and Initiatives. -- Attention to detail and a highly organized, process-focused aptitude. Ability to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity. -- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategic improvements. -- Strong program and project management skills, and ability to operationalize and scale programs. -- Experience and credibility as a leader in an environment where the ability to influence, work across a complex matrix, and build relationships is critical. -- Ability to motivate and influence others without direct authority to achieve solutions to meet organization's objectives, and is proactive in providing solutions, resolving issues, and overcoming hurdles. -- Highly effective communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals to engage team, peers, and management. -- Strong interpersonal awareness and skills with particular emphasis on being assertive, supportive, listening, and group process.-- Life at--UiPath--like a lot of startups, can sometimes feel like a roller coaster.
