Community Manager (Mindfulness & Meditation) - Remote RoundGlass is building out a Mindfulness & Meditation Collective - an online community that brings people and their passion of mindfulness and meditation together. It's designed for users to engage with a library of rich content, social experiences, knowledge sharing and wellness resources. We are seeking an inspired, self-directed and results oriented Community Lead for the Mindfulness & Meditation Collective. You will be experienced in community building, community communications and enhancing engagement. You will act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all talent and community communications. You must be able to anticipate the needs of the community along with demonstrated ability to problem-solve and create opportunities throughout. What you'll do:

• Create and communicate the Community strategy and business plan. Define goals and create and monitor relevant success metrics
• Collaborate with the Content team to develop content, ensuring active Community involvement and interaction
• Analyze and derive insights from and report success metrics (e.g. trending topics/discussions, visitor numbers, active members, etc.)
• Implement guidelines and processes for engagement with prospective Community members including a process to onboard Community members
• Ensure that engagement process is tailored to meet nuanced needs of meditation and mindfulness experts, practitioners and users
• Ensure continuous monitoring and timely response to placement of content, removal of content, and compliance
• Collaborate with Development team to optimize user journey
• Advise Content team to improve user engagement
• Work closely with Content and Marketing teams to drive traffic to the platform
• Set, plan and implement social media and email campaigns and strategies, in collaboration with online marketers
• Collaborate with Marketing to shape SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEA (Search Engine Advertising) strategy--
• Manage scheduling, communication and feedback reporting for online workshops Who we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of proven work experience as a Community Lead or similar role
  • Experience in Community lifecycle management
  • Experience in planning and leading Community initiatives
