Join our Brand & Creative Content group - the team that develops
marketing strategies and content that tell our TMUS story across
brands and channels, through TV, radio, social, digital, OOH,
sponsorships and more. This role, Sr Creative Development Manager
Public Sector, will own creative development and content for the
T-Mobile for Business Public Sector, including Higher Ed, K-12,
Federal/State/Local Government, and Public Safety. You will work
closely with cross-functional teams and internal/external agencies
to deliver creative content and advertising that drives awareness
and strengthens perceptions of the T-Mobile for Business brand,
ensuring alignment with our overarching T-Mobile network and growth
The Sr. Creative Development Manager will be responsible for
collaborating with internal teams to deliver breakthrough content
and advertising to drive growth through acquisition. This position
leads agencies in the development, production and execution of
best-in-class customer acquisition advertising while overseeing
campaign-level execution to ensure efforts meet plan goals across

orchestrate complex plans across multiple stakeholders and teams

- Lead development of national and vertical advertising campaigns
from initial brief to production, working in conjunction with
agencies, business partners and 3rd party B2B media outlets (eg
Forbes, Sales Force) for all Public Sector line of business.
- Direct agency partners and internal teams for advertising
programs. Manage campaign integration across all communications
vehicles. Test/Learn/Optimize in-Market work for maximum
- Partner with agency to drive joint team collaboration and
innovation, proactively pushing for best-in-class thinking.
- Partner with marketing partners to develop strategies and
solicit input for all advertising initiatives and corresponding
activities. Gains final alignment and approval of the creative
execution for all major promotional launches.

- Bachelors Degree
- 7+ years - marketing communications, B2B product marketing,
channel marketing experience, (wireless or consumer tech preferred)
or equivalent experience in account management for an advertising
- 2+ years B2B marketing experience (Public Sector preferred) and
experience working with business partners to develop large
marketing campaigns, and campaigns within business verticals.
- 5+ years broadcast, print, digital/social production
- Ability to collaborate with creative agencies in order to
translate strategy and business insights into break-through,
best-in-class marketing and advertising.
- Solid judgement when reviewing strategic/creative
recommendations and working with others; builds relationships
