Job Description:The Director of Change Excellence for the company's Sales Operations & Incentives is seeking a motivated, creative, energetic natural leader to join and help create the movement to create longer lasting more well-managed change for the Sales Operations & Incentives team. Sound like you? Read on!The Sales Operation & Incentives team at the company's helps support our worldwide salesforce with compensation plans, quotas, tools, reports, and operational processing including payments and adjustments. Each July, this team is at the nexus of the annual rollover to the new fiscal year with a new set of priorities and changes rolling out that require excellent landing and adoption. We are seeking a qualified candidate passionate about change management to be part of the team that creates a Change Management Center of Excellence to support better, more graceful change that is faster to adoption, causes minimal disruption, and takes lessons away for the next program. This person will or may focus on the following

  • Help be the voice of well-managed change in a super-fast paced organization
  • Help establish and curate our a Center of Change Excellence Hub, using Microsoft Teams and/or other technology to create a strong virtual connection to support the organization.
  • Readiness and training (supporting mainly) that must take place to secure the evolution we need internally to support better intrinsic landing and adoption focus when we "go to market" with solutions.
  • Help define essentials checklists for the right level of change management planning based upon program and organizational characteristics which may increase or decrease risk
  • Help create a Manager's co-pilot program that will provide the just-in-time and just-for-me resources that people managers in the organization need to be successful leading change.
  • Orchestrate and help keep a drumbeat and Rhythm of Business for this program featuring solid preparation, thoughtful planning of agendas, clear meeting purpose, drive for clarity and help document and drive outcomes to conclusion.PROSCI Certified practitioner who is experienced planning change using PROSCI frameworks, process, artifacts
    • Excellent written communication skills - synthesizes key messages, is brief but effective
    • Strong facilitation skills including virtual meetings and connection points
    • Ability to plan, orchestrate, co-facilitate and support workshop
    • Strong and confident communicating with peers and leaders alike, represents the team well
    • Experience with Incentive Compensation can be a big plus on this team .
    • A sense of humor! Can you help lighten the mood during times of compression/stress :)
    • Staying calm and collected when we don't have complete clarity
    • Hands-on learner who can, for example, reverse engineer or has the ability to process knowledge coming from a variety of sources and push through uncertainty methodically.What you will give:
      • Your direct experience and thought leadership deploying new and updated tools, policy, and/or process organizational change plans (launch/readiness experience a strong plus)
      • Passion for technology, finding the "better way" and improving overall product/program quality.
      • BI and Analytics skills preferred - Excel Pivots, Power BI.
      • Strong customer focus, strong communication & presentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
      • Disciplined program management and cross-group skills, including the ability to get what you need from others while working around their own legitimate priorities.What you will get:

            • 5-7 Relative experience
            • PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner
            • Local candidates, MS Experience preferred
            • Quality of work, meeting deadlines, productive independence, and feedback from the teamTop 3 must-have hard skills:
            • Change Management Practice (3 years minimum)
            • Program Management (3-5 years)
