As a FP&A Senior Manager, you will support the Global Delivery Services team. You will establish automated and scalable reporting, and drive the planning process for WW transportation activities. You will also conduct analysis provide strategic guidance and decision support to senior Global Delivery Services management.
This role requires superior analytical acumen, a passion for process improvement, a keen attention to detail, an excellent track record of influencing business partners as well as team management. This role has daily interaction with functional leaders across Amazon, and requires strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities include:
-- Establish reporting and planning process for Global Delivery Services to support fast growing business.
-- Conduct analysis to understand the business and report to senior management.
-- Deliver meaningful insight and practical recommendations through financial simulation and analysis to support decision making of senior management.
-- Drive continuous innovation and communication to both your operations & other business partners.
-- Drive key projects in world-wide transportation area.
-- Team management


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS -- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science) or equivalent and a minimum 10 years of finance experience, OR master's degree and 8 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -- Advanced degree (MBA or Masters in Accounting)
-- Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis combined with proven ability to communicate those analysis .
-- Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MSAccess, Essbase and/or Cognos).
-- Previous experience within a Manufacturing, Distribution Center or Logistics processes and systems a plus.
