Description:Our client is currently hiring for an eCommerce Product Manager II. The main function of a product manager is to maximize sales, revenue, market share and profit margins by leading a team to deliver an end product. The typical product manager guides the delivery of a product through its life cycle. This role demands extremely customer centric mind-set, strong analytical mind, with appetite for innovation and can do attitude.Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with other company departments to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met This person will drive customer connection and drive sales conversion activities using customer service chat bots/ agents Internalize and deeply understand the client's mission and strategies, as well as the mission and objectives of the eCommerce team Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Author user stories, acceptance criteria and execute a portion of the testing on projects. Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with cross-functional internal teams as well as external partners to execute. Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team. Be data centric to make informed product direction, whether in the form of competitive intel, A/B Testing, customer behavior, customer contact ticket analysis or other business metrics. Solicit and embrace critical feedback Will work closely with customer service, engineering, UX designers, Marketing and Site Merchandising team Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into product development process Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to both internal stakeholders and external stakeholdersSkills:jira, a/b testing, product management, digital marketing, confluence, ecommerce, software engineering, data analysisTop Skills Details:Product ManagementA/B TestingeCommerceData AnalysisAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Top 3 Must Haves:1. Requires eCommerce website product management and consumer facing digital marketing experience. eCom experience especially in the frontend pre-purchase pages, customer engagement/ communication, chat bots and promotional messaging will be a huge plus2. Ability to study/ analyze data, gather requirements, create user stories, acceptance and manage requests to completion working closely with engineering (Dev/QA), UX designers, business stakeholders and external partners (third party services consumed)3. Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Jira, A/B testing techniques will be required on this roleRequirements:- 5-7+ years of experience in relevant field- Minimum 2-3+ years of Product Management PLUS hands-on software engineering experience strongly preferred- eCommerce website product management and consumer facing digital marketing experience (NO FREELANCERS)Skills: Knowledge of software engineering, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective product delivery. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, roadmap prioritization, resource allocation, and production methods. Experience delivering highly successful and innovative consumer Internet products with your fingerprints all over them which you're extremely proud of what you've accomplished. Having prior experience on the eCommerce space is a huge plus especially in the frontend pre-purchase pages, customer engagement, chat bots and promotional messaging Stellar design instincts and product taste Finger-tippiness with data: you just go get the data you need with no muss/fuss and can whip it into an insightful story with no help.
