With more than 800 customers in 80+ countries and rapid revenue growth, Ally is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to continue their aggressive scale and implement systems and processes to drive their next phase of growth.What will you do

  • Manage operations strategy and execution to acquire, qualify, distribute, nurture, and analyze inbound marketing leads to align with sales revenue targets
  • Directly manage marketing analyst and build best-in-class analytic capabilities
  • Drive alignment across all cross functional operations team members and key stakeholders in the GTM organization and finance
  • Own marketing data quality and drive strategies to enable personalization, accurate segmentation, detailed ROI analysis, accurate reporting
  • Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility in marketing campaign results and measure campaign effectiveness, including channel metrics, lead distribution, opportunity stages, pipeline contribution, and ROI
  • Enable a culture of rapid test and learn to discover new and innovative ways to scale revenue and improve ROI
  • Own and evangelize the relationship between spend and revenue and a predictable model that can be used as a key strategic lever to scale the business
  • Design and implement the life-of-a-lead process, including lead scoring, lead nurturing, and account-based-marketing (ABM) programs; partner with Sales teams to establish SLAs and optimize Sales Development productivity
  • Lead technical aspects of marketing and sales system integrations which includes the marketing automation platform (Marketo), analytics (Tableau, Google Analytics), SFDC, Outreach, Intercom, Slintel, Segment, internal databases and external data providers
  • Manage third party vendors, contractors, and internal resources
  • Network outside the company to benchmark our operations and ensure best-in-class practicesIs this youProfessional Qualifications
    • 5+ years experience leading marketing operations
    • Expert-level understanding of marketing operations best practices
    • Demonstrated knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing from self service to trial to expansion
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, start-up environment with aggressive deadlines and a high level of ambiguity
    • Experience hiring, mentoring, and managing a cross-functional team
    • Deep knowledge of demand generation strategies and testing methodologies
    • Team player with strong cross-functional skills
    • Expert in Marketo, Google Analytics, Tableau, SFDCPersonal Characteristics
      • Dynamic and disciplined thinker with intellectual horsepower, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for making a mark in fast-paced, growing environments
      • Proactive and creative problem-solver with exceptional EQ, communication skills, and ability to develop and maintain interpersonal relationships
