Join our Employee Engagement Communications Team! Together, we educate, engage and inspire our employees through strategic, targeted and companywide campaigns that prove T-Mobile is a great place to work and clearly answer the question, "What's in it for me?" We're looking for a creative and driven Communications Manager who will bring new ideas and a passion for employee communications to the role. You will be a key member of the team helping to bring alive our Magenta culture, rooted in our values and focused on achieving our bold plans. This role is responsible for the development and delivery of communications strategies and experiences that highlight our culture of appreciation. * This position can be located in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS * At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or GEDT-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work. The CDC defines "fully vaccinated" as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson. T-Mobile will require proof of vaccination and consider requests for exemption from this requirement during the offer phase as a reasonable accommodation for medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs where the accommodation would not cause T-Mobile undue hardship or pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others. * Bachelors Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, PR or related field * 4+ years' experience in developing and executing communication plans with industry experience in a fast paced, high volume marketing communications and/or PR at a large corporation or agency * Proven success in developing and leading communications strategies for dynamic organizations that have experienced significant change. * Positive interpersonal and communication skills, * Creative, demonstrates critical thinking skills, agility, high integrity and persistence * Thrive in fast-paced environment that changes and innovates constantly * Self-motivated with the ability to do great work both independently and collaboratively #LI-CK1 * Develop and deliver the annual T-Mobile Employee Talent Contest and provide essential communications support for the T-Mobile Community Team. * Partner with Human Resources Rewards & Recognition team to develop an essential communications plan and design communications campaigns that encourage employees to show their appreciation year-round, with special emphasis on showcasing nomination-based and metrics-based winners of our company's top awards. * Create and implement internal employee communications and "voice" applying innovative communications solutions, including enterprise portal. * Ensures timely and effective implementation of integrated communications to support business priorities and future success. * Report out program impact based on partner feedback and business results. * Create communications messages that will enhance and protect relationships with partners, customers, and the general public. * Serves as a business partner to Human Resources, providing communications counsel including coaching and feedback to develop management communications skills; drafts and edits speeches, presentations, and e-mail; scripts, edits and produces videos, in alignment with what we value. * Learn about the specific focus area of business in order to help implement client's operations and make recommendations to management, clarifies client leadership communications requirements and coordinates service delivery.
