Job Description:

This role is responsible for providing strategic operations support by building, directing and managing the implementation of programs to ensure objectives are met within the Consumer and Emerging team in the Digital Organization. This is a high visibility role reporting directly to the Vice President of Digital Solutions, Consumer. As a member of the leadership team, you will drive performance improvement in collaboration with cross-functional teams that support a best in class organization. You will be a critical liaison with the office of the Chief Digital Officer, leading Digital-wide initiatives and program support including data collection, analysis, problem and solutions identification, root cause remediation, change management and internal communications.

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work. The CDC defines "fully vaccinated" as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson. Advise VP of opportunities on specific programs based on individual involvement and observations, and be a catalyst for action by identifying necessary changes and driving next steps until issue is resolved. You will build and manage the organization's rhythm of business, and be responsible for communications, strategy, and execution. Create program to monitor and improve organization's health and productivity. Identify and propose solutions regarding obstacles or issues while understanding their impact on the business and experience for our customers and/or employees. Find innovative approaches and solutions to problems; Simplify and communicate complex problems through clear communication, useful tools and precise metrics that the field can execute, take action on or drive changes in behavior. Facilitate productive strategic discussions, leadership meetings and planning sessions to ensure the purpose and objectives are met. Compose Vice President communication and recognition to the entire Consumer and Emerging organization.
