Sr Product Marketing Manager, Switching Innovation

T-Mobile is hiring two Senior Product Marketing Managers within
our Switching Innovation team. Each of you will be responsible for
concepting ideas, crafting the strategy, as well as working with
cross functional teams to bring your idea to life. Collaboration is
key as you will work with our insights, integrated marketing,
digital, engineering, and sales leaders to bring innovative
industry disrupting concepts, value props and experiences that
The ideal candidate would be equally left brain and right brain. A
fearless creative and strategic thought leader that can brainstorm,
craft strategies and sell in ideas. As well as someone who has
strong business, analytical and project management acumen to ensure
the ideas come to fruition successfully. You're someone who comes
up with good ideas and can get things done.
Important traits: Passion for technology or telecommunications,
ability to read and utilize consumer data, strong consumer advocate
and ability to deal with uncertainty while building concepts and
value props from scratch and taking them through evaluation,
feasibility and approval stages.
You will also have a knack for driving large complex
cross-functional teams in building and executing new programs and
building, pitching, and getting alignment on new ideas and business
models with senior leadership.
What you'll do in your role.
This person will be responsible for ideating, creating, monitoring
and optimizing products and programs that drive incremental growth.
In this role you will create product marketing strategies that
outline the industry landscape, customer need/insights, value prop,
integrated marketing plan, messaging approach, GTM strategy, and
financial benefit of moving forward with specific products & value
props that drive acquisition. You will collaborate with insights,
analytics, pricing, product, retail and digital teams to develop,
test and launch products, experiences across multiple channels.
While this team prides themselves on 'white space thinking', the
majority of the ideas will likely be anchored in digital/technology
given we reside in 'innovation', so this person will be engaging a
lot with technical, engineering, digital experience and other teams
to validate feasibility and launch planning. You will author
original product marketing plans that will be used by cross
functional teams to create external facing materials such as
whitepapers, videos, blog posts and more. You will also monitor and
report on the industry trends, business performance and associated

Bachelor's Degree. Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant
field of study.
7+ years' experience delivering successful product marketing plans
or acquisition programs that can be tied to increased business
results along with successfully managing product categories &
Proven history in coming up with breakthrough ideas and bringing
them to life.
You will be hungry for success, excellent communicator both written
and oral, can communicate with many different personalities, calm
under pressure, highly organized, excited about technology.
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully
