Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Internal Sales Desk Manager!About the roleAs the Internal Sales Desk Manager for our Independent Channel you will lead, develop, and be a resource for Internal Sales Desk employees where the primary objective is to drive all sales efforts for the division of Symetra Financial. You will also onboard new employees, recruit for future talent and be involved in the day-to-day operations of the interview Sales Desk.Responsibilities

  • Oversee staff in areas related to: Symetra compliance, policies and procedures, FINRA, state insurance and other regulatory entities as required
  • Provides staff with scheduled and customized coaching which include bi-weekly call reviews
  • Act as a point of contact for business exceptions that include but are not limited to large cases requests and other related requests that fall outside the Symetra product and operating guidelines
  • Provide regular trend analysis on: call volume, trends on what types of calls received, feedback from clients and items related to inroads we are or are not making with certain accounts

      Your education, experience
      • College degree required
      • 5+ years of direct financial services proven experience required
      • FINRA 6 or 7, 63, 26/24 (8 weeks from start date) and Health and Life Insurance license
      • Ability to empower sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals
