We are expanding our team -and looking for -exceptional---teammates that -can help us grow and -make -broad -contributions---to---accelerate this industry's -transformation.------ ---- -We are looking for a results-oriented -Marketing Manager -to -be directly responsible for how customers -discover, engage and purchase our -industry leading -service. -This position will -be responsible for -leading -our marketing -efforts and strategy -including SEO/SEM, our ad execution for Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and others. You will also -contribute to our digital -presence -across -all of -Finagraph. -The ideal candidate will have -strong -technical knowledge of SEO/SEM -as well as having a passion for creating -content. You take personal pride in seeing -customers -come to our door because of your -marketing strategies and execution. You will collaborate with stakeholders to -identify -and drive innovative website solutions that achieve business goals and raise the bar for customer experience. The right candidate -will have -demonstrated -experience working effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with -a strong desire -to -both -set direction and -roll up your sleeves. -You enjoy showing off the effectiveness of your efforts and have proven experience managing priorities and working effectively across -a number of -internal stakeholders. - -What you will be doing: -

  • Drive the marketing strategy to -optimize -discovery and conversion for -Finagraph's -service in all -digital, -search -and social -channels. -
  • Build content based on buyer needs -across -a range -of -topics -to support outreach efforts. -Acquire -and nurture -content assets -including -social graphics, email streams and ads for a highly coordinated approach. -
  • Own -the -complete social marketing -program -and implementation. -
  • Leverage intelligence tools (Google Analytics, -Hubspot, others) to provide -audience -insights and website performance. -
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to -expand -go-to-market plan that -aligns to -business goals and the marketing to sales journey driving hyper growth through direct sales and channel partnerships -
  • Disseminate marketing content across all appropriate channels - -
  • Drive B2B customer acquisition -
  • Develop and deliver end-to-end campaigns -
  • Develop and integrate segmented marketing strategies (events, digital, PR and more) across our financial services and professional services segments -
  • Identify areas for partner marketing process improvement and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) improvement -
  • Manage and -optimize -use of the marketing budget -
  • Track, measure and communicate program results, and -seek -to generate new best practices through experimental efforts -
  • Contribute to ad-hoc campaigns and marketing execution that falls outside of the day-to-day activities and campaigns -
  • Analyze campaigns, buying trends and the competitive landscape -
  • Analyze partner data to bring innovative ideas to market, including partner insights through research and regular live partner interaction - -About you: -
    • 3-5 years' experience in B2B Marketing, within the financial services, payments and/or software market - -
    • Strong understanding of tech marketing (SaaS or tech products-in fintech space is a plus) -
    • Proven success in creating and executing marketing plans that deliver results -
    • Solid understanding of modern/digital marketing techniques -
    • Experience maximizing demand creation, demand management and demand expansion for driving revenue through marketing efforts -
    • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and writing skills -
    • Experience using -marketing -automation -tools -
    • Ability to work in a fast-changing, nimble environment -
    • Ability to work effectively both as an individual contributor and team player - with high ownership, and focus on delivering results with -ambitious standards -
    • Ability to self-start and work in a remote office -
    • A positive attitude and a -sense of humor -
