T-Mobile will require proof of vaccination and consider requests for exemption from this requirement during the offer phase as a reasonable accommodation for medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs where the accommodation would not cause T-Mobile undue hardship or pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others.6+ years of social, digital marketing, or merchandising copywriting experience in an agency or in-house environment, with formal copy training and a strong portfolio2+ years managing creatives.Excellent at prioritizing multiple assignments, especially as it pertains to feedback delivery.Strong attention to detail and timelines.Excellent presentation skills, confidence defending creative decisions.Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly while keeping calm under tight timelines.A strong creative point of view with a passion for pursuing innovative ideas.Recognized expertise developing strategic creative solutions.We are looking for an experienced Creative Lead & Manager with a background in copywriting in our T-Studios in-house creative organization who can take charge of a range of projects and deliver exceptional work. This role would involve collaborating with other Creative Leads, and mentoring copywriters to create memorable and impactful brand moments across all creative platforms. You and your team would continuously strive, evolve, and grow the brand's voice. By setting a high-quality bar in your own craft and for your team members, you would tell great stories that bring the brand to life in new ways that engage and drive an authentic conversation. Our copywriting is purposeful, impactful, and innovative.From content expressions and digital story-telling all the way to demand gen and offers, your job will be to help shape and steer creative coming out of our Marketing and advertising channels in support of marketing initiatives. We're looking for a creative leader who can do it all: concept, art/copy direction, content strategy, writing, collaboration (internally and externally), and most importantly, execution.You'll work directly with the T - Studios senior leadership, marketing leaders, and the creative, digital and production groups to build industry-leading communications. This role also requires an ability to work closely with high-level leaders within the company to translate their thinking and/or strategy into creative executions, presentations, and engaging content. You work well under pressure, can deliver on steep timelines, and always keep an eye on the larger narrative.ResponsibilitiesProvide feedback on a variety of projects, ensuring that messaging aligns with project goals and T-Mobile's digital brand standards.Provide stellar communication, presentation, problem-solving, and hands-on copy skills.Mentor, coach, and support copywriters as they refine writing skills, polish presentation skills, practice creative thinking, and pursue career development goals.Empower copywriters to lead meetings with key business partners, defend creative decisions appropriately, and foster successful relationships with cross-functional teams through support and hands-on coaching.Represent copy team in cross-team meetings and present work to business partners, stakeholders, and creative leadership during creative reviews.Partner with creative team members and studio managers in overseeing the creative process throughout the entire project lifecycle.Manage the creation and evolution of T-Mobile copywriting resources and tools, such as style guides, onboarding manuals, and templates, in addition to brand guidelines.Work independently and proactively. You can take a brief or a conversation and turn it into an idea.
