The Unified Delivery Enablement & Excellence Team within Microsoft U.S. Marketing & Operations (M&O) focuses on enabling excellence in delivery of enterprise class support through simplification, communication and optimization, and close partnerships with our world-wide (WW), America's Time Zone (ATZ), Microsoft United States (MSUS) segment leads, and other business partners. Our Customer Success organization is seeking a US CSU Enablement Lead for Unified Support Methodology, Unified Support offerings, Digital Experiences, Connected Customer Experience (CCE) and Account Team Orchestration. This role has extensive reach across key roles in our Customer Success business, directly impacting our support and account team orchestration and delivery. Orchestration and methodology for the Customer Success Account Management (CSAM) function is a critical part of the Connected Customer Experience. As it continues to evolve, additional field communication, engagement, and change management is required. Additionally, program management of related work and across the enablement team is required.This role is a key link between the MSUS CSAM community, other parts of the field, M&O, and our WW partners in Customer Experience & Success (CE&S). It is a critical role for continued landing and delivery execution as we mature the process and tooling associated with our support offerings (Unified Support) and the Connected Customer Experience.As a Business Program Manager individual contributor in the MSUS Unified Delivery Enablement & Excellence Team you will have the opportunity to lead, develop and land key business programs across the US Customer Success business. The role requires an experienced thought leader who is resourceful and innovative, with a demonstrated knowledge of Unified Support as an offering, its delivery methods, related strategy, communication, program landing, change management, and leadership-all aligned with the Connected Customer Experience. As part of a high-performing group, you will achieve significant impact to the business with high visibility.
